What does horse-assisted coaching mean? 


In coaching the client and the coach builds a relationship where they work on the clients goal mostly concentrating on the three factors WHO, WHAT and HOW.

In Horse-assisted coaching we mostly focus on WHO you are and HOW you can learn to fully use your natural and true leadershipskills and communicationskills.

Horse-assisted coaching is good for everybody, but if you are in a leadership position or in a position where you influence other people by communicating, like sales, you will get very much out of this intense type of coaching.

Your horse-assisted coaching experience will be a lot different than what you have experienced before. We work on pre-planned exersizes safely with the feet on the ground.

It is so easy to lean on your title or position, especially when things are going well. But honestly, will your people be with you even when the time gets rough or the winds of changes start to blow?   

Respect and trust must be earned. This is a phrase that you can read in almost every leadership guide. But how do you gain trust and respect? How can we be sure that we have earned the trust and respect of our people?  

We communicate in many different ways to the people around us. We use words and gestures and then we use non verbal communication like body-language and non verbal communication Usually we use the non verbal communication ways unconsciously. If this non-verbal communication is not aligned with our verbal communication the listener can get the impression of us being unreliable or in doubt. 

Who wants to be seen as unreliable?  

The horse is a perfect mirror for your inner, true self. Words doesnīt mean much to the horse. The horse reads your non-verbal communication like your body-language and energylevel. And how you feel inside your self, affects your bodylanguage and energylevel very much.  

Horse assisted coaching is especially effective when we work on:

You are very welcome to join us in an open work-shops. We only ask that you can walk and take a few faster steps and donīt suffer from a horse fobia. Our horses are trained and very friendly.

The size of the group is very small, only 3-6 persons. Ask us by email or by phone when the following open work-shop will take place. You can also check our News page or contact us by the contact form. We will arrange for loging and catering, so you can fully concentrate on your equine experience.
